Lunch or Dinner

  • Lime Soup – Chicken Enchiladas in red or green sauce – Fried Plantain
  • Cream of Broccoli Soup – Beef or Chicken Fajitas or Beef Shis-ka-bob- Fruit Gelatin
  • Garden Salad – Shrimp in butter sauce or Pozole – Flan
  • Yucatecan plate: Panuchos, Tamales and Chuletas or Tacos de Cochnita Pibil with Frijoles Charros – Flan de Tres Leches
  • Pasta Soup or Canapes – Beef Chop or Mexican Style Pork Ribs – Ice Cream
  • Cream of Corn Soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup – Chicken Enchiladas in Mole Sauce – Fruit Gelatin

Included:  food, shopping, preparation and cleanup

Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included.  There is an additional charge for lobster or shrimp.  Chef’s gratuity is extra.
